Gold Package

Our Silver, Gold and Platinum Packages provide clients with the accounting services they need.  Its an alternative to employing a full time financial controller.  You worry about your core business and we will take the worry out of your finances.

The Gold Package allows for a Quarterly Business Review meeting to assess how your business is performing and how your targets have been met.  We are much more involved in your business, but you don't need usto be involved in the smaller decision you make on a day to day basis.  This might be because you are in an stready growth phase of your business, or you might be restructing your business for better performance. 

A typical Gold package would cost between $15,000 - $25,000 (Excluding GST) per annum.

How it Works:

We utilise our exclusive business risk profile matrix to determine where your business can benefit the most. We then review your business and personal objectives, business plan and structure to determine whether you have the optimal basis for future performance. We will then discuss and agree business and fincial objectives for the forthcoming quarter. 

We will prepare quarterly management accounts and discuss your businesses performance as well as its expectations in the comming quarter.  At that meeting you can raise any ad-hoc issues you might have a less urgent need to attend to, or we might bring up items that we feel you may have overlooked.

Of course we attend to your annual accounting and tax work and are available for you to call for general advice when you need it. We can even attend to your monthly or quarterly BAS.

We advise you on the timing and implementation of your package at our "No Cost / No Obligation" meeting. There is a weighting of the annual fee in the early months which tails off to a regular monthly payment by month 3 - 12 to give you a smoother, predictable cashflow.

If you have a company structure, we will also take care of all of the Registered Office and secretarial requirements imposed on you by the Corporations Law.

In addition, we bring in our finanical planning and broking team to review your current personal, risk and borrowing requirements - there is no cost built in for the personal review service.

  • You get four frank and honest discussions about how your business is performing and how it should perform in the following quarter.  This makes it more likely that you will achieve appropriate targets if we keep you on track.
  • We take the worry and the work out of your taxation and company requirements, in a very timely manner.
  • You get an annual personal financial risk and brokerage review by our expert consultants (outside of any agreements made with those parties) to make sure you are on target and that your borrowings are optimal.
